Chris Owens
John Jewett
John, is the co-founder of Texas Strength Camp
and has obtained his B.S. in Exercise
Physiology from UTSA. He is a world ranked
powerlifter obtaining 12 world records and
winning four world championships. Over the past
three years he has coached the UTSA
powerlifting team and developed the strongest
team in Texas. His experience working in the
Exercise Metabolism and Biochemistry
Laboratory at UTSA has allowed him to develop
a extensive knowledge on the science of
exercise. Also, he has knowledge in the practical
application of Carbohydrate Cycling Diet. John
has made it his mission to develop a men's
camp that will be fun and allow for the fastest
results possible. From his experience he has
constructed a camp for men that can develop
strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and allow for
fat loss and muscle gain.

Chris Owens
Chris is one of the co-founder of Texas
Strength Camp and is a semester away from
obtaining his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from
UTSA. He is a Nationally and World ranked
powerlifter and holds National collegiate
records. His past 4 years of personal training
and nutrition consultation has been a valuable
asset to the development of the Texas
Strength Camp program. His strength
program design has been perfected over his
past 8 years of his competitive powerlifting
career enabling him to develop fun and
efficient programs for men of all ages.
