Most people lack the basic concepts of strength and body composition training.
They lack progressive overload. What is this ancient concept we speak of? It
simply means that we constantly change the workout and increase the resistance to
were our bodies never get used to the workout and we don't have a plateau with
results. Also, learn the secret of keeping carbohydrates in the diet and still lose
fat.

What kind of workouts will be conducted?

Each day will begin with a dynamic warm-up. This will be followed by our main
conventional and unconventional exercises which can range from tractor tire flips,
sled drags and pulls, sand bag and keg carries, calisthenics (push ups, pull ups,
etc.), ladder drills, plyometrics, and various other techniques. Then each day will
end with core training and a stretching cool down.

What kind of results will I see?

- Shed body fat-
Fat is hard to get rid of and most people will never get to their
goal weight. After the age 25 we will gain 0.5 to 2 lbs of body weight each year! At
Texas Strength Camp we use high intensity interval training which will burn a lot of
calories during the workout, but also stimulate your metabolism to burn calories for
days. We have a nutrition program that is easy to follow and will teach you how to
shed the fat and keep it off.

- Develop Sexy Muscle Tone- With our fast paced weight training circuits we can
sculpt your physique just the way you want it , with all the curves in the right places.
